Meet The Stitcher
Hi, I'm Chloe! The one-woman-show behind the makings of The Stitch. I'm also known online as 'chloexcrochet', which is the crochet business I started in 2024.
The idea for The Stitch came to me out of a state of extreme digital fatigue. I've long felt an aversion to over-digitalization and social media. (I know I know... the irony of my job being on social media is not lost on me. But hey, how else is an artist supposed to make a living these days?) So I really latched onto the concept of something slower, and more intentional.
I have a deep and true love of the community that my crochet business has brought to me, and I wanted a better way to connect with them.
Something that felt a little more personal and a little less robotic. Something that would actually cut through all of the noise and distraction. Something that would resonate a little more personally with people.
Something like... a love letter.
